Hello and thank you for visiting! I'm Leslie Helgerson, a Real Estate Broker/Sales person, serving the greater Las Vegas & Henderson, NV area. I provide a superior level of informed, professional real estate services to buyers and sellers in the greater Las Vegas and Henderson area. I've been in Las Vegas for 40 years! Considering the average Las Vegas resident has been here less than 10 (due to our massive population growth), this puts me in an elite group of veteran valley residents. I moved to Las Vegas in 1968 to work for the Judy Lynn Show as horse trainer and transported horses through 42 states and Canada. In 1974, I invested in land, and followed with the constructing of my first home in 1979. In 1987, I began serving Nevada as a licensed Real Estate agent, starting out at Spacefinders Realty, Inc.. During my 14 years at Spacefinders, while specializing in raw land sales and land development, I designed and built, with the assistance of licensed contractors, 18 single family homes, which I sold. I also gained experience doing Tax Exchanges and assisted in purchase of several parcels for the 500 acre Industrial Park, planned near Henderson Executive Airport. In 1998, I obtained my Nevada Broker's license. As of the beginning of 2000, I relocated, to become a RE/MAX agent. I was affiliated with 2 different RE/MAX offices for 7 years. Then end of 07', I moved back to Spacefinders. It's "Going Home". I plan to focus my energies on both home and land sales. An extensive background in construction and raw land development provide me with a special insight that most sales associates don't have. I've spent time with BLM personnel, on the discussion of large parcel exchanges done in the La Vegas Valley area and the effect it has on private land sales. I also attend to zone changes, obtaining variances and info on water well permits with the Division of Water Resources. As a well-versed sales associate in many aspects of the business, you can't find better experience whether you're buying or selling a home or land. Buying a home?
